Healthcare should be a universal right but it should only be free for non fat people. If you are some special kind of I am big boned that's all person then you get separately checked by a doctor once to confirm that there should be exceptions made for you, if you are told no the first time, pay a second time to get checked, and again come a third time to be told again you are definitely fat, then you are either sent to fat camp or your photo is added to the public health services archive to show what counts as too fat.
