This is the dumbest take I've seen.
It's just a weaselly way of saying, "Advertisers are being "compelled" to not do business with certain types of companies."
No evidence of these "principles" being established has been presented. The reality seems to be that activists are pressuring them to adopt "principles" that attack Twitter and we are excepted to believe it's just a coincidence that this happened only after Musk made a deal to buy it.
