no, 100% goes to the driver. uber actually eats the credit card fees too (or at least comes out of the service charge).
uber margins are slim, they couldn't afford 30% fees ... the 30% rule applies to digital goods/services, not real services.
no real service could afford 30% fees, lol. even 3% credit card fees are high.
