And as sans fonts go, calibri is a pretty ugly one, it's a screen font that's optimised to look good when a lot of features will be rendered to a single pixel width/height. Bad choice for print.

Helvetica is proper oldschool, there are probably better choices these days. Futura is nice if you want to make a 'look how quirky we are' statement with your body font while still having it readable. I like Palatino Linotype myself for bodies.

That looks like very very much like Computer Modern, the LaTeX default serif font.
(I don't have Century Schoolbook but I have Century and I'm assuming they're the same thing.)
