“Diversity, equity and inclusion can’t be a thing that you only do when times are good,” Williams said. “If it becomes a flavor of the week, then companies will lose out on talent.”

the only time a company can hire based on idpol bullshit and not go under is during the good times you absolute r-slur, what does that tell you?

these idiots need their face shoved in the shit they are causing but that will never happen cause they can continue to grift companies for woke points

Is that the same McKinsey company that is in trouble for being in bed with the leaf government? https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/business-development-bank-canada-hudon-mckinsey-1.6720914

All three of the McKinsey consultants whom I've either met, dated, or eavedropped upon have been wokies who were totally consumed by IdPol brainworms. If you want a good management consulting company that doesn't just recommend whatever the latest fad is I'd go with Bain instead. You'll still pay a shit ton of money but at least you'll probably get decent value out of it.

Weird how employees of an elite, high-paying consulting firm are near-unanimously in favor of an ideology that supposedly opposes inequality :marseythonk: :marseywrongthonk:

You'll never be McKinsey material if you keep nooticing stuff like this!!! Their expectation is that you'll look pretty (McKinsey consultants are admittedly very good-looking, which they really ought to be at those insane rates), charm the client, and STFU about any uncomfortable truths.

Well when the government hires these consultant groups they pretty much say "here is a bunch of money, give us the numbers we want". Then they can point to those numbers and say "we talked to experts and they said that our law is the correct thing to do".

That's probably the *least* sketchy thing they've ever been accused of being involved in

The "Controversies" section of their wiki page is longer than the whole rest of the page

One of their guys founded Enron for starters

It's where Harvard grads with useless degrees go to launch their careers as lizardpeople/bureaucrats. See: Peter Bussygieg

Most of their controversies are just their alum doing fraudulent things. McKinsey is just business, with all the psycho things that come with it.
