Honestly kinda funny how AI in fiction is always a hyper-logical maths genius that can't understand art or emotions. Then we (sort of) get AI and artists/journ*lists/shitposters are the first ones obsolete, while even basic maths remains totally beyond it.

Wolfram Alpha is a most popular and widely accessible online calculator capable of solving even the more difficult calculus problems. So by wolfram extension they mean ChatGPT should use built in wolfram alpha to solve math equations

They could plug a calculator into it but don't. Text prediction isn't going to handle math very well, but it's not like the tech isn't there to make a chatbot that can count.
