It’s a literal readme delay. Who cares about something this trivial due to upload delay, it’s not live code on your servers.

Lewis is right, its a bug, you sync everything at once and show the full published package or if you have a delay in your different cdns you make then sync up

15 minute delay on a hub is ‘get the frick over it’. I’ve only used GitHub but it tracks the uploaded time and the published time. With a quick check of his Twitter I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a programmer that piece meals his code and uploaded the readme document separately
