Vinay Gupta aka leashless: "I'm a different kind/calibre of smart. Possibly a once in a generation transformational intelligence"

Vinay's backstory isn't very interesting. He's yet another crypto grifter. He used to be the release manager of Ethereum, now he's running some kind of real estate NFT business. HN doesn't like it: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=33878584

The only reason I want to post about him is his unique combination of low IQ, autism and narcissm, that makes him post tweets like this:

I didn't watch the video, but I'm sure it's fascinating.

I found out about him from his feud with Molly White, an outspoken crypto skeptic:

He's currently having a meltdown in an HN thread about her: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36128484 (ctrl+f "leashless")

A lot of rich people make the mistake of thinking that they're rich because they're smart, but usually it's just because they got lucky or were born on third base

meh this is said a lot but I think it's probably more correct that they were smart at some point and then convince themselves that because they made it, they're by default right about everything.

This is a big problem with richoids in general, and why you see so many seemingly dumb ones floating around the media.
