This is retarded because C objects are defined by their type and storage. If an object has no storage, it is not an object. This isn't rust, which has a niggerlicious implementation of Vec to handle Vec<()> (a pure nonsense type). In the context of this discussion, they were trying to figure out what realloc(data, 0) should do. I don't use malloc or realloc so I don't really care, but I DO care about changing the fundamental semantics of C objects.
