Seriously though, coding and thinking about some really hard tech problems isn't really possible for more than those optimal couple of focused hours at your best. In the office people frick around doing just as little as WFH

Literally the best way to work. Let the code simmer in the back of your mind while you do other things, and it'll just appear before you like a revelation from God when it's ready.
