For people who have s*x: Razor 1911 is a software cracking group. Rockstar Games (the people who make grand theft auto, etc.) are selling a cracked version of this game on Steam they likely downloaded from a Razor file dump since they don't have the original code anymore since it's an old-butt game.

Wrong. Rockstar Games was selling the game with the cracked Razor1911 executable, because hey, why not steal work from a thief? Unfortunately Razor's signature inside the executable was tripping DEP on Vista SP1 and above due to an unfortunate coincidence with where they decided to place it, so Rockstar dug out a pre-Securom version of the executable from their archives and patched that in, except this one has no way of not returning "user is a filthy pirate" when asked which sets off anti-piracy techniques like locking gates, crashing the game, breaking pickups, and miscalculating ammunition.

EDIT: This is for Manhunt, not Midnight Club II (which nobody plays anyway).
