You say irrelevant but I think you'd be shocked how much stuff is underrepresented online because it's all happening on the enterprise side so nobody's discussing it on the clearnet

There's tons of software that costs a million dollars a license that has next to zero online presence aside from marketing docs

OS/2 was popular on some key infrastructure.

I like the term “dark matter developers” for 9-5 devs who make up the bulk of programming but don't interact online (Java 8 guys, .NET, super business specific software like kdb+)
