I tried sending a PR to implement a pretty simple change, but the repo is genuinely horrid. There is code duplication everywhere, to the point where adding things like new badges or awards requires changes throughout the project, often in random places.

The rodent is a decent janny and is committed to drama, but Lord knows he cannot program for his life.

I remember some drama where @transb-word submitted a big PR and tried cleaning up a bunch of stuff (I didn't actually look at the change) but @Aevann denied it for being too large in scope

Anyone who has worked on a project with other contributors knows that you dont send a 100-file refactor in the same PR as your feature changes.

If cleanly factored code is so important to you, get it reviewed and merged 10 files at a time
