Seems kind of r-slurred if it just leads to the OS adding a bunch of random shit no one actually wants every update while actual problems get swept under the rug.

Like how hard would it actually be to just cull all the nonessential people and just have a bunch of senior devs be tasked with actually maintaining the software while having a seperate team that actually does analysis on what companies and individuals want.
