Wonder why they won't do something consumer friendly like outlawing restricting access to car diagnostic software only available at car dealerships

Edit: Browsers?
Edit 2: She also wrote a paper about "Algorithmic Reparations":
Rooted in theories of Intersectionality, reparative algorithms name, unmask, and undo allocative and representational harms as they materialize in sociotechnical form. We propose algorithmic reparation as a foundation for building, evaluating, adjusting, and when necessary, omitting and eradicating machine learning systems.
[...]
We make this case in the body of the text above, suggesting a move away from fairness, replaced by an anti-oppressive, Intersectional approach. We intend for this approach to guide algorithmic design and to act as an evaluative standard by which existing algorithmic systems are judged, adjusted, and where necessary, omitted or dismantled. Our proposal is thus geared towards building better systems and holding existing ones to account.

i need everyone to understand: if we accept this, it'll be the only fucking thing you ever hear again. soundtracks. waiting rooms. store music. it will destroy the livelihoods of tens of thousands of musicians; not stars with radio hits, but average working composers. pic.twitter.com/GxGV2f8Qau

people who make good music have a passion for it, i don’t see how AI would change that. maybe they’ll have rhe same reactions as the inkcels and claim it’s literally killing them or something.
as for grocery music and elevator music, they both fricking suck already and there’s no way to make it worse. how hard is it to just deal with it for half an hour at most

Hello and welcome to @Corp's semiannual laughing at Furryfox users thread.
Little background. There are three groups of people I feel need to go.
1. Nazis.
2. Commies.
3. FurryFox users.
It today's FurryFox drama we have something not related to coping about there ever shrinking user base as Chromium browser supremacy ravages onwards to near domination.
Ads? In my FurryFox?
I suspect the poster is a chud due to hiding what he is reading on twitter, a known alt-nazi website
Also a massive ad that dims the background and makes you click?
Listen! We filed a Bugzilla! It's just a bug, right? RIGHT!?!?!!?!!
And no, supporting this under the guise of trying to earn revenue away from Google is a bit silly. A pop-up is a pop-up.
A browser that goes to great lengths to block all of the annoyances of the web (e.g. pop-ups) allowing their own annoyances through is just favoritism of itself. It is no better than Google Chrome plugging Google or > > > Edge plugging Bing Chat or whatever is new on the block.
Last thing Firefox needs is to be browser with built-in ads. In this arena, the first experience is the only one that matters. Do not let it be ads.
Funny thing is Chrome has a very clean UI. It's by nature because Google automatically benefits if you use the web, and more so if you use it through Chrome. Chrome doesn't really plug Google considering Google is the default search on all major browsers except Edge, and switching to a different provider is very easy (Google services do plug Chrome, on the other hand).
Meanwhile on a new Firefox install, I have to disable pocket, sponsored shortcuts, the new pinned tab, sponsored news articles (which are also present in Chrome iirc), and skip through the faceless girl telling me about diverse colors or some shit. Firefox is still by far the better choice, but yeah it's initially a bit annoying on a fresh install.
And you do this.
I love how fast the mods are locking down conversations relating to this topic.
Firefox is really sticking out for the wrong reasons today.
They do it for free for free software
Lots of upset Furryfox users. If you're a FurryFox user there are several cures.

I know this has mostly been a result of my own stupidity but the company I was using for serverrs didn't have any presence in Asia and the burger servers were generally fine
But I didn't think that there would be so much difference in latency using Europoor servers vs Burger servers

Five years ago, before the launch of Uniswap v1, I deployed a token called HayCoin to use for testing. This was back when gas was so cheap that mainnet could be used as as a testnet. After the launch of v1, I created a small test liquidity pool with a tiny fraction of the total…

Can't access frick all from behind tor or a VPN anymore without getting 20+ "checking your connection is secure" (And frick off with that, you're literally just doing anti-spam checks against my browser, the connect doesn't come into play at all.)
And of course being a "sEcUirTy ProDucT" no errors or useful information of any sort is presented to me the user, lest I you know solve the fricking problem
For the last weeks you could work around this with an autoclicker and just spam the frick outta the spot where the captcha would appear until 1 made it thru. Now you seem to have to wait for the page to have loaded for a minute or more before even moving your mouse or you get rejected without even seeing a captcha.
At this point I just never close my browser because I know it's going to take upwards of an hour to log back into my various accounts and even if I do half the users of CF are massive r-slurs who do shit like put their API end point behind it so all their javashit calls fail and there's no way for me the user to ever fix this because cf will never accept a request made from javascript as being "legitment" (which is why you aren't goddarn meant to put your godarn API behind it)
And don't get me started on the tards who use a million different "cdn" subdomains each with their own cloudflare checks. "Oh you passed the challenge for x.com? Well now you need to do the same for imgs1.x.com, img2.x.com, imgs3.x.com ect before the site becomes usable
cloudflare has ruined the internet and I was right to publish all those bypasses on github back in the day

Not in my experience. They have a sample size of only 7, btw. While in my experience it doesn't look like piss, it doesn't feel like piss(very different viscosity), it doesn't smell like piss, it doesn't taste like piss, nor does it come only from the urethra.
Mine is about 80. And I never had them piss on me. Of course the amount of the other stuff varies, from person to person, and even with one person. I didn't measure it, but if I had to guess, anything from a small espresso cup, to a small coffee cup is normal. Large coffee cups happen, but are outliers. Even what comes from the urethra doesn't spray like a stream. More like drops ejected by the contractions and secreted into the nonblocked part of the urethra beforehand. Again, didn't ever analyze these, but the points about look, texture, viscosity, smell and taste still stand.
