⚡️Ground Forces Commander: Spring counteroffensive ‘not far off.’
— The Kyiv Independent (@KyivIndependent) March 11, 2023
Oleksandr Syrskyi, the commander of Ukraine’s Ground Forces, said that the defense of Bakhmut was necessary for the start of the spring counteroffensive, which is "not far off," the Ground Forces reported.
Spring counteroffensive will happen only in head of pro Ukrainian. In south Ukraine, Russian have made very strong fortification and have numbers on their side. On north Ukrainian are attacking every day since October but are losing ground, after 5 months that they started trying to capture Kreminna they are now in worse position that 5 months ago. Maximum they are now able to do with their counter offensive is push Russia a bit from north bakhmut outskirts (not north bakhmut it self. The front now doesn’t have obvious weak spot like how russian didn’t fortified their position last summer. So can’t wait for June when Biden will be forced to give Ukraine 30-40billions
