Kadirov has on bench around 190-200lbs but he is a 5’6 and 40 something dude. So laughing at this just proves how clueless they are

It's also not 80, it's 85 or 90. 7*2*5=70. The bar can't be 10 kilos, most likely it's 15 and he must have locks on, that might be another 5 kilos.
