Ukraine has changed some of its military plans following a leak of dozens of Pentagon documents, a source close to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told CNN.
But they just told that yesterday that the document was fake

That document mostly suggest that burgers are lazy, they took casualties numbers from official ZSU (Ukraine army) and mediazone (some Russia journ*list) and the tech loses is from oryx. The only part that probably has some credit is about Ukrainian air defense since burgers are actually monitoring it.

Annotation on losses document sugest they take some figures from Ukies, Russian Army, and Stragner.
Equipment losses can't be just from Oryx, tanks are at ~120% of Oryx, IFV and arti like 160% (keep in mind in March Oryx numbers were slightly lower). Oryx clearly is a huge factor though.

Russian don’t post about total loses. Posting just what ZSU mention is lazy especially when it was in July official that 7k Ukrainian soldiers are MIA https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-62125343.amp and today it’s around 30k. With Ukrainian air defense it’s easier since they can’t reduce s300 or it’s ammo and now mostly get western AD and it’s ammo numbers are in hundreds

CIA isn't using official Ukie reports.
They still assume Ukies are probably lying to them if convenient, the note clearly says so. But there are also many more reasons why self-reporting can be flawed without lying, especially for enemy losses.
They could also be using sources within RU Army and Stragner. They are glowies after all.
