unless im reading the chart incorrectly, he's saying in 2022 there were 2,420 T-72s, 580 T-80s, and 417 T-90s. 2420+580+417=3,417
in 2023 he's claiming that there were 996 T-72s, 462 T-80s, 54 T-90s, and 204 unknown tanks, which adds up to 1716
the 4,696 and 3,911 number come from 1:21 in the video, where he explained that some dude just bought a ton of satellite photos and counted it by hand

Sounds like a "tank" problem. Again, they don't know what a tank is, so why even pay attention to this nonsense?
As a bonus, the streamer looks at the 2022 and 2023 number and declares that that's how many tanks the Russians lost. (About 700). Meanwhile, the Oryx pic says around 2000 were lost. None of this is a red flag to you?

if you can find a way to accurately count ever single tank thats been lost then be my guest, but for the time being we have estimations, which is what the numbers are presented as
maybe they do things different in europoor, but in america when you start off a number with a tilde, that means that its an estimation
i would trust Oryx more than some peepeehead who counted by hand, only because Oryx has pictures of the tanks that have been destroyed/abandoned/captured etc
