Why would he learn Ukrainian if Ukrainian don’t speak that language ? Is a bit like last December the only dude who failed French class was a Moroccan dude whose main language was French
in Ukraine there are who speak Russian, who pretend to speak Ukrainian and those who speak surik (they don’t even have alphabet or grammar)
