The first thing when general Armageddon got his position he told we will make some hard decisions. It was pointing at retreat of Kherson many know about it. It was months before official retreat. Telling we living bakhmut on 10 May is unrealistic. Neighbor could also mean we leaving bakhmut and not artemvsk.
