They will also loses any bonuses so they get only their salary and nothing more logically those gov worker grift max so in such cases it’s losing over 50% of real salaries and Ukraine now has hard time finding gov workers

They need 10 billions every month to keep those salaries, that’s why I been saying west will need to give khohols this month 30-40billions for next 3-4 months. But Biden only gave them 1,5 billion yesterday.

West want counteroffensive but khohols understand it’s bad idea and every day it becomes a worse idea. Russia goal is now out turtling Ukraine and that’s very solid strategy that Ukraine doesn’t have any answer for it and launching a attack on opponent who now has numberical, tech and defense advantage will be a L in long run. That’s why khohols didn’t launched in March, April and now probably in May their epic counteroffensive. But not launching it also means slow death since west getting tired giving Ukrainian free candies.

Khohol mistake will always be not to end the war in March when they won Kiev battle and Russian were ready to sign peace deal. Around Kharkiv counteroffensive it was already to late since Russian signed in constitution that those 5 regions are Russia. It was a sign that they won’t give up on them even if they lose the territory. Then Russia also started the long game of destroyed the AD’s and now almost completed the preparation for a massive mobilization with today nail being Russian can’t go to Georgia.
