"Kharkiv offensive" was Russian army leaving empty cities where they evacuated most of the civilian population to Russia. There was no fighting at all, almost no losses on both sides.
You know why they did it? Because hohols outnumbered them 3 to 1 at the time. Now it's Russians outnumbering hohols pretty handily because of a lot of factors including an enormous amount of troops Ukraine lost fighting for Bakhmut and getting nowhere, including elite regiments trained in UK.
Now they have heavily defended positions on the whole front, advantage in every single category: arty, tanks, AA, aircraft, manpower. What results are you expecting?
