Easy:

1. You bribe your local ukroid/russoid official

2. They extend the war for 1 more month

3. They buy N worth of ammo and tanks to send to the said war

4. The ammo makes the tanks go poof

5. The world laughs at them. They ragebuy N+1 worth of ammo and tanks.

6. Repeat indefinitely

Some people are fricking stupid and incapable of understanding that it is possible for military manufacturers too earn fat stacks simply because there's a demand for their services. Instead they always have too jump too sensationalist buzzwords like 'corruption', 'scam', 'money laundering' etc. as if naming it any of these things changes the reality of business that's happening.

I'm gonna guess in their minds it is impossible to stand against the business of war as is so they have to tag some additional accusations to justify their dislike of it :marseyshrug:

people are genuinelly idiots and don't understand some conflicts are about something way more valuable than money - sacred values, international reputation.

I think a lot of this is leftists, which tend to be fundamentally incapable of understanding the motivations of war outside of "capitalism."

It's like how Stalin thought he could bribe the nazis with material concessions to not invade - he didn't understand the war was about more than money for the nazis, and they viewed it as a racial war for survival.

The law doesn’t allow the us to just give out weapons. We can lease them however and even went so far as to exempt Ukraine from the law requiring them to pay for transport. So Biden is taking our money, putting it in our treasury as Ukraine’s deposit on our weapons, and saying that he is decreasing the deficit. Ukraine is getting very little hard currency, and it seems like 2/3 of that is going toward corruption, presumably to keep the Ukrainians that remain alive from talking about what Hunter used to do there.

It's not really a scheme. Just no one cares about distinction between dirty and clean money because there's a war, they'll happily burn either of them in giant money pit.

I don't really see how Westoid with dirty money takes advantage, maybe through kickbacks? So Westoid arms dealers with bunch of dirty money could maybe clean it because of Ukraine. I just doubt many Westoid arms dealers have a bunch of dirty money because of their close relationship with government which I would think automatically renders all their money clean. A Ukroid with bunch of dirty money could conceivably end up with a clean fortune though.

Sell it on the black market? Strip it for parts?

I don't blame Zelensky for begging though, it's never enough if you're facing the russians, and complaining about him doing that is r-slurred. Of course he's gonna beg, if his army fails once it's his head that's gonna be on a pike.

Well when it costs like a billion $ to transport that tanks and train the Ukrainian idiots how to use it, then it costs $400 - $500 per gallon for diesel fuels to operate it while it's within a conflict zone you'll find the money quickly adds up faster than it can be accounted for.
