Can we stop playing this game where we pretend that soft power doesn't exist? Ukraine deciding for itself to sign an agreement that benefits the Russians makes it the west's enemy. You're forgetting that 9 years ago the west backed a coup against the elected Ukranian government because the president stated his intention to sign a trade deal with Russia after passing over one with the EU.

But here comes the question what is win ? That peace deal was Crimea becomes official Russian and Ukraine stays neutral.
And dude who told about the peace deal (new Ukrainian minister who took part of that talk) told khohols will never be able to capture Crimea and sooner Russian will nuke them.
