The whole assumption was that Russian would run away from German tanks. A year one sociological student would had known it would had failed.
Germans assumed that since ww2 is bad and painful to germs then it would be the same for Russia mixed with propaganda that supposedly Nazi killed 26 millions Russian soldiers. When in reality they killed around 8 soviet soldiers and soviet soldiers killed around 5 millions Nazi soldiers. And for Russian ww2 even is some sort of Super Bowl. At first Russian were sad fighting khohols but adding those German tanks with ww2 symbols changed everything Russian moral went up, they fighting Nazi tanks just like their grandfathers
and now western generals realised they miscalculated
So I am telling you those responsible for social impact are even more r-slurred than the economist who were telling a price cap would work or wait till fall
