US can't agree to send Ukraine 60billions a sum smaller than Ukraine got in 2022 or 2023. EU can't agree to send 50billions, Ukraine had 50 billions budget deficit at start of 2024 , had mobilization problems thinking about how to return refugees men. And 2025 will be worse than 2024 and 2026 will be worse than 2025 for Ukraine. Yet Russia adapted to sanctions and starting producing more weapons they are fine keeping this conflict in lvl of 2023.

Best peace deal was in March 2022 then next best before spring counteroffensive now Russia is asking basically capitulation and any peace deal will demand to reject all defensive packs.
