Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky said that he is submitting a bill to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the introduction of dual citizenship in this country, Russian media reports.

But it's seems to be legit. Imagine you are foreign fighter you got contract, your contract ended you decided to live but… you get a no because you are honourable khohol and need to protect your country
