Ukrainian shot down an Russian IL-76 that had 65 Ukrainian POW's

Unfortunately it's now confirmed.
The IL-76 was carrying 65 Ukrainian POWs who were being transported for exchange. The crew and 3 escorting officers were also on board. The Kiev regime knew they were on their way. They still shot it down and killed everyone on board.

That's not their first genius move, one year ago they shot with himars prison that had Ukrainian pows.

There was supposed to be 130 person for 130 person prisoners exchange in next days, second IL-76 was turned around and prisoners exchange cancelled

Person that wrote why there wasn't prisoners exchange and then predicted exactly when they restarted now confirms that event.

Russian told Ukrainian that the prisoner will fly by jet to Belgorod and then be transported from Belgorod to exchange location in kharkov. But seems Ukrainian wanted a cheap media victory “wooo we shoot a Russian jet victory soon”

I can see the case that ADcels in Kharkiv weren't told by Kiev gov that today was supposed to be an prisoners exchange and that Russian were going to land multiple IL's on Belgorod
