It was in late September 2022
since then Zaluzhnyy failed his goal of destroying Russian army in Kherson, failed Bakhmut and spring counteroffensive, military corruption, military mobilisation and now losing avdiivka. So technically Zelenskyy has reason to kick him off but reality is people blaming Zelenskyy because Zaluzhnyy didn't wanted spring counteroffensive, bakhmut holds or avdiivka holds
