When we were deployed in texas I had to explain that the water was fine. People thought Mexico had poison water and that somehow being near mexico would taint the water.
If you're rslured the reason Mexico has undrinkable water is the country is a corrupt socialist shithole that lacks a proper modern water filtration system. It has nothing to do with the proximity to mexico.
