According to wiki this class is equipped with (2) 14.5mm guns and (2) automatic grenade launchers of 45mm and 55mm caliber, and it carried a helicopter that would presumably be equipped with some atgm. That should be plenty of firepower against these drones. (Assuming the can hit them).

More could been for sure done but some drones would still eventually slip. Drones are very cheap and easy to produce now so it will takes couple of years till decades to find a way to counter them.
