The fact that they are depending on North Korea for equipment suggests that they really are running very low.
They have both now provided each other a security guarantee in case of an invasion.
China probably doesn't care as North Korea is too small and only functions to provide arms supplies to Russia.
Is north Korea big enough to be able to provide all of Russia's military equipment needs? Big enough to resupply artillery.
The Russians have secured their ammo for this war. Which means Ukraine will not win by Russia running out of artillery.
Ukraine could still be winning by destroyed all the Russian tanks or aircraft though.
Maybe Russia will win after 10 years.
Russia has already fought this war long enough for it to leave an impact on the people's psyche for decades to come.

Thing is Russia produce more shells than whole nato combined and second biggest shell producer is NK but NK is cheapest shell producer for example 155mm Ukraine now almost exclusively uses cost 5000-6000 buxx per piece while Russian 152mm 600 buxx and Korean even cheaper.
And this doesn't even matter when now Ukraine loses more artillery guns since Russian also outnumbering Ukrainian hard on drones.
Russian drones are also better quality and Russia has lead in EW.
Won't happen, Russia pumps tanks again more than nato does and in aircraft the damage was minimal. Wikipedia states that Ukraine lost more aircraft than Russia and they are ultra pro Ukrainian, it took them almost a year to accept battle of bakhmut is over, no counteroffensive is coming.
Ukraine has no 10 years. It's a dying country that will die even without this event in 10 years. If ukraine doesn't fix their electricity by October millions will leave the country.
