Guy says they are 4 km away from Russia in a shop where they can buy beer and pay through a terminal (I guess he means card payment) that this place is not Russia but modern European country.
Like how r-slurred must he be to believe country that is 2nd biggest beer producer (doing 10% less beer than Germany) has no beer ? Or that cart payment is something special 
Oh he also says you can even buy Nike stickers
