I mean it's a good point, A week ago when Blinken told f16 comes by summer, those problems that Jihad Julian listed didn't existed so it was ok for Julian Jihad to hype blinken but so much changed in 1 week

But I personally start thinking they now just don't want to give Ukraine f16 and decided promise of f16 has more value as promise than reality. "The friend we made on our ways is the true goal of our journey"
Because f16 will get destroyed and that will hurt its reputation

No point to even operate 20-30 year old F16s when Russians still have an ample stockpile of R-37s to cuck them out of the sky at Mach Cyka Blyatt.

The main problem orlan drone has more range than empty f16. And if Ukraine needed to be 200km close to the front with su27 to deliver 1-2 jdam. F16 will need to be a lot closer to the front since it's much smaller and has less weigh capacity and range.
What this conflict showed that it make sense making dedicated jets roles. Su24, 25 and 34 mog f16 in bombing roles hard
