I mean from EU and U.S. budgets for 2024 for Ukraine already existed since October 2023 and U.S. signed that budget on April 2024 after lowering of mobilisation age and EU on February 1st 2024.
But there is just no information for 2025. US aid package that was 61 billions only 3,8 billion are left.

They never announced that they wanted whole Ukraine because they understand things changes so it's always best not to over promise like Zelensky did by rejecting 2022 march deal when they were only losing Donbas and Crimea and telling Ukraine will reach 1991 borders.
