The rule basically says after May Ukrainian embassy stops doing services for Ukrainian men and they need to go to Kiev to get passport and etc embassy services so they now all rushing to renew their passports and etc before the new rules start working. The idea of that rule is when they men return they will be mobilised because officially they didn't had rights to leave Ukraine.
Easy way out of it is probably change your gender to woman in Germany and then go to Ukrainian embassy kek

in an attempt to pressure EU leaders to support Ukraine with additional Patriot air defense systems.
Well it's fancy way to say so much money went to 2 weeks in 2022 that we don't want to touch it and we are giving a ultimatum that won't be fulfilled.
One of them mentioned that EU has 100 patriot batterie/systems and is 8 launchers
So how many does Ukraine has ?
Ukraine has between three and five Patriot systems; the exact number and location of their deployment have been kept secret.
We can assume more.
How many Germany had at its peak ? 11 system…

But thing is, US almost won the Ukraine conflict, only thing left to do is force EU to use Russian frozen assets but before EU touches those assets US wants that EU sells those to US.
The plan is that Russia is not likely to ever agree giving their money to Ukraine and without Russian agreement, Russia will win every court because what EU will do is basically stealing. So US wants those frozen assets as bound so when this conflicts ends they show the world how trustworthy they are and will give Russian their money in one or another way and then ask EU to pay US back with the interest. Burgers rep up EU rep down Burgers buxx up EU buxx down.
And for local public and etc US clearly says not to touch Russian money because it will back fire.

Israel was never going to change it stance about Russia since:

I personally never understood Israeli goals, they told Hamas killed civilians and took people hostage but then Israel proceeded and killed over 30k civilians and by it destroying their moral high ground and nowadays barely anyone thinks or remember how it started and even US ask Israel to stop it. Was Israeli goal to kill every Palestinian ? But that was also impossible goal since they will need to fight till last Arab. Hamas before that event were losing relevance since Israel relationship with Arabs were warming up but now it's the opposite. So in retrospective Israel went to this conflict with a very hot head and tons of impossible promises.

For example Ukraine on patriot is using “PAC-3 MSE” it's range is 120km. Russian drones like new lancet can fly 80km into Ukrainian controlled territory and we seen them already destroying patriot launchers. So those AD need to be 80km + from the front so they can at absolute best launch 40km into Russian controlled territory. FAB's have range of 60-80km so there not much what can be done against them.
F16 won't change much, it's basically a mig29 but the model they get is older than og mig29 and a lot worse than NATO/Israel version of mig29 that Ukraine got and Russia already adjusted mig31 for f16 back in 2023 summer (I posted about it, back then)

Og patriot and pac1 doesn't exist anymore, last pac1 was build in early 80's so Ukraine is also legit short on AD ammo and since burgerstan cares more about Intel, Nvidea and AMD it can't just give all patriot ammo to Ukraine to shot Iranian drones, US probably build around 1000 pac3 a year while Russia pumps 100 Iranian drones a day.
So
Giving Ukraine 200 launchers without ammo won't do anything

Couldn't find good source in English so DW in Russian because that's not very positive news for Ukraine if you look globally.
Last year they multiple increased the limit of unfit. So if someone doesn't have eyes or fingers he will be seen fit or if he is schizo and etc. Now with getting rid of that category they will call everyone to do a new medical test and with very lax standards they will accept pretty much everyone. Also polls showed only 8% of new mobilisation categories would get mobilised on their own free will and 70% people have sympathy with draft dodger. Russia in September 2022 decided to fight till last Ukrainian at this point Ukrainian should legit understand it won't have a happy ending if this continues. All Ukrainian copes were based that Russian will just give up but they missed one tiny detail, they are not different from Russian and Russian have the means.

I find it hilarious that now Coca Cola company don't really hide that they did that rebranding.
But when I told here in 2022 that Coca Cola and McDonald's just did a rebranding some of you called me a lier and conspiracist. McDonals in Russia is the biggest in Europe (technically there more spots in UK and Germany but in Russia they are bigger and have stronger agricultural chain) so leaving it would been giga low iq.
