At SotS there was a lengthy discussion on Gnosticism because there were in those days a washing-ashore of speakers, teachers, would-be gurus, leaders, and other spiritually 'activated' types. Out of these discussions came, for me, a need to disentangle the "secret wisdom" narrative because what you get when you have a whole bunch of "enlightened" people in a room trying to "enlighten" each other is...

Belief in secret knowledge creates this problem that if you believe you're responsible for transmitting it you have placed yourself in a social station 'above' others, and there is no escaping the grandiose nature of this elevation.
To be ungnostic is to believe that people come to the Truth on their own. To be ungnostic is to believe that there is no secret knowledge because that which cannot be transmitted is merely personal. To be ungnostic is to commit to teaching through the conundrums of miscommunication in order to prevent secretive knowledge from staying secret.
Communication is hard. Responsible communication is impossible. Ungnosticism is freedom and responsibility.
Ungnosticism is losing the more-enlightened-than-thou duel to end it, which is often winning it, but to the true Ungnostic, there is no winning, there is only systemic success in communication, or a systemic breakdown in communication, and each of these must be allowed to unfold for it is a Cartesian belief that truth is transmitted only when B copies A precisely for there is no precise copying.
In other words, conflict cannot be forcibly resolved, unless it is time for it to be forcibly resolved. (The conflict bubbles up the chain of authority, but if authority quashes all conflict, there is no activity, and truth-seeking no longer occurs.)

idk anything about gnosticism, but I thought that the point of secret knowledge is that it literally couldn't be communicated, that's what made it secret in the first place, that is you have to sort it out for yourself.
so if I am right about that, ungnosticism is itself a form of gnosticism, possibly the purest form. 
probably the biggest problem with new-agey type stuff is the people who believe themselves to be enlightened. 
the way I see it, unless you can like levitate or something you don't get to call yourself more "enlightened" than me

If you wish to become a succubus, you will need to become obsessed with physical s*x and obtaining it at any and all costs, including to your dignity. To summon and bind the energy onto yourself is beyond my specific knowledge (though it's my understanding that some women put on a different name when they're on the prowl, a mask...) but it's doable, though you will tend to regret it and I don't especially advise it.
I can't advise against it completely, though, because some people need a more direct transformative action in order to access their sexual self, and that's ok.

1. A Spellsword, as I understand it, will cast on items or activate enchanted items in order to fulfill a purpose. A Battlemage believes in the necessity of conflict and is willing to enter into it personally. Are the words I utter in essay form more truthful and biting than many would prefer? Yes: I believe it's necessary. Can I cast fireball? With a lighter and a gas can.
2. There is no 'best' RPG class because RPG classes are a way for people to reflect on their spiritual characteristics. I am performing Battlemage because it is what I am, not because I think it's the 'best.'
