Apparently they were hanging out on a yacht on Lake Maggiore on the Italy-Switzerland border as cover for spying on Russian-owned properties. The boat capsized in bad weather. Why they needed to have 25 people on the boat is a bit baffling. Maybe they hired a bunch of hookers with their Mossad credit card.
