The possible weather control is seeding clouds to cause rain or disperse and weaken tornados.
You have to be uniquely r-slurred to think its possible to create hurricanes and tornados considering how complicated the process of one forming is. We cant even reliably create winds and chudoids think jewish chads can wave their wands and spawn a hurricane that can annihilate half of america

i doubt they can make a hirrricane, butt i wouldnt be surprised if they could influence the path it takes

Hurricanes path depends on the atmospherical winds and temperature and they generally tend to move west towards lower pressure areas. The sheer amount of energy they absorb from oceans and use to "move" is so great that it there's no humanly way to steer them anyhow. Idk the actual numbers but a single hurricane uses up and releases several times the amount of energy the entire world can generate at a given time
You could technically probably control a hurricane in it's early stages as it just formed, but most of the "early stage" hurricanes disperse on their own and it's impossible to tell which will reach an actual catastrophic scale. That's when you use cloud seeding to disperse it artificially but we don't have the means to create a path for the early stage hurricanes to take. You'd need to at the same time warm up a large part of an ocean while cooling it's surroundings and it'd need to be such a large scale operation it'd be impossible to keep it a secret

I dont think theyd attempt to "stear" it by trying to actively move it somewherenit it wasnt otherwise going to go but i bet they can do thinks that lead to areas of high preassure which hurricanes tend to avoid/be pushed away from. Hurricanes as powerful as they are just meander listllisly in a general wrstward pattern(tho some do turn and go north east usually after already entering the gulf of mexico. Again i doubt its super accurate and they have to wait for rhe right systems for whatever strategy they use to work at all. Hence why i said rhey could maybe "influence" butt not nwcessarily control a hurricanes trajectory.
