I mean, it kind of is. Booster gives it to the athletic department which they then use for the buyout. Even though it comes from the booster it could still go towards basically anything more productive than a buy out that would be cut in half in less than 3 weeks

I wanted Frost gone badly but the timing makes no sense. Hold out till October 1st and save 7.5 million. Seems pretty straightforward. The decision makers at this school continue to shit a brick.
