So basically this hick school in Texas has a football coach with a 7-year, $75 million contract, fully guaranteed. That means he's literally the highest paid public employee in the state of Texas. But their football team isn't doing so hot. In fact, they're quite average and still haven't won their conference despite recruiting some of the best players in the country.
