What the frick does that even mean? I thought cricket had runs. What the heck is a wicket and where the frick do they get 10 of them based on whatever that score is? Why does it have four numbers? Holy frick I hate the British.

168-6 means they did 168 points, but 6 out of their 11 guys got struck out
170-0 means England beat Indias run total without losing any of their 11guys

T20 is limited overs cricket to save time so India's innings ended as they had faced all 20 overs. In test match cricket you just keep going until everyone is out

This is a shortened version of traditional test cricket. In this one there is 20 overs so 20x6=120 balls played per side. They didn't all strike out by that time so it's the other teams turn to try and beat that score.

168-6 = lost 6 out of 10 wickets for 168 runs
170-0 = lost 0 out of 10 wickets for 170 runs
10-0 = 10, so won my 10 wickets

The first (big) number is the number of runs (like baseball). The second small number is how many batters got out (like baseball but max 10 not 3).
The dash separates them, is not a mathematical operator.
Eg. 234-7 means 247 runs whilst 7 batters get out
