Well, recently one of our state tv station's (ARD) website (tagesschau) had a report about the tv that generates energy. We'll just use that one!

"The inventor Chikumbutso presents a television that generates energy instead of consuming it. The invention could set a precedent," it promised. "Inventor" Chikumbutso also promised a similarly mysterious energy generation to the reporter from the ARD studio in Johannesburg: "In a way, the TV uses free, renewable and green energy. No emissions, no consumption, no raw materials. It uses the radio waves and converts them." And, "No cable, no extra radiation, no emissions, no raw material consumption. Sounds like part of the solution to the energy crisis."
