[Navarro, Cadena COPE] Dani Álves transported to prison. The judge in his case has decreed prison without bail for alleged r*pe.

The woman who has denounced the former FCBarcelona player Dani Alves explained to the Mossos d'Esquadra , and this Friday he has ratified it before the judge investigating the case, that the footballer locked her in a bathroom in the VIP area of the Sutton nightclub and that he r*ped her there , according to sources consulted by EL PERIÓDICO, from the Prensa Ibérica group. Alves, who has also appeared before the magistrate, denies having assaulted the woman. The Prosecutor's Office has requested prison without bail for the athlete.

There are  security cameras  in the VIP room where they were both but not inside the bathroom. The recordings taken by the Mossos from that public area show that the events before and after the footballer's alleged sexual assault occurred as the woman recounted, who states that Alves asked her to follow him through a door that led, without that she knew, to a bathroom of reduced dimensions. The following is the version that the victim has given to the police and judicial authorities investigating this case.

THE COMPLAINANT'S VERSION

The events occurred in the early morning of December 30. The 23-year-old victim went to the disco at around two in the morning accompanied by two friends. In the dance area they were invited by a group of friends of Mexican origin to go up with them to Sutton's VIP area and they followed them. After a few minutes chatting with these friends,  a waiter from Sutton approached  the three young women and told them that a client  wanted to invite them . They declined the invitation. But the client insisted and the waiter returned. On that occasion, the waiter  remarked that it was a "friend" . The three young women agreed to follow him to his table, inside the VIP area.

At that table there were two men and also two women, who left when the three young women arrived. One of the two men was Dani Alves and the other, a friend of the footballer. Alves introduced himself to the woman, who did not know him, as a man called "Dani" and who " played petanque in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat ". But the Mexican friends did know who it was -- Alves currently plays precisely for the Pumas de México club -- and they explained it to him.

According to the complainant, Alves, who wanted to invite them to cava, immediately began to flirt with the three, sticking to them a lot and touching them. Later, he stood behind the victim and began to say things to her that she did not understand, possibly because they were in Portuguese. It was then that she allegedly grabbed her hand and Alves brought it to her peepee, a gesture he repeated twice despite her resistance. Then, pointing to a door that she didn't know where it led, Alves ordered her to follow him and enter.

There are no recordings of what happens inside that space, which was a bathroom. The woman assures that as soon as she saw that it was a bathroom --with a potty and a sink-- she wanted to leave, but she affirms that Alves closed the door and prevented her from doing so.

The victim denounced that Alves sat on the potty, pulled her dress up, asked her to say she was his "little whore", forced her to sit on top of him,  threw her to the ground ,  forced her  to give him fellatio she actively resisted,  slapping her, lifting her off the ground and  penetrating her until ejaculating . Afterwards, she told him to wait until he came out first.

TO THE EXTERIOR

The woman claims that when she left the bathroom there was only one friend left in the VIP room. She claims to have been in shock at that moment and she remembers that she told her friend that she had to go. As she left the nightclub, the young woman burst into tears and that's when Sutton workers asked her what had happened.

The complainant was treated in a room of the nightclub, which was also attended by the person in charge of the premises, and they notified the Mossos and an ambulance, which transferred her to the  Hospital Clínic , where an examination was carried out in search of biological remains that Help prove your claim. According to the sources consulted by this newspaper, the medical report states that there are some  injuries  compatible with the struggle.

The woman went two days after the alleged assault to report the facts to the  Mossos d'Esquadra . She handed over the medical report and also the dress that she wore on the night of December 30. The  Central Unit for Sexual Assaults (UCAS)  took over an investigation that has reviewed the security cameras. This Friday they have summoned Alves to testify at the Les Corts police station, they have informed him that he was detained and has been transferred in a car with a logo to the City of Justice. He has gone up in handcuffs to testify and, after listening to the victim and the player, the prosecution has requested that he be provisionally imprisoned.
