I remember that there was a shitfit thrown in MLB over the mics in helmets about how signals were classic stuff and getting rid of them made it boring for fans.

Yeah I loved watching the pitcher and catcher nod at each other for 20 seconds before every pitch. Great fan experience. Baseball is ruined, billions must die.
I'm unironically mad about the universal DH though. Gets rid of a ton of strategy.
