Have you seen these "swimming" videos on youtube? Apparently it's some New York slang but basically theres a few youtube channels that are just ppl with nice butt cars driving around and weaving in and out of traffic. They succesfully evade cops daily there is a shit load of videos of these guys escaping the cops

We have groups of urban youths driving ATVs around at night. The police used to chase and arrest them but one youth died during a chase and activists pressured the politicians to put a stop to it.
