Lmao that's hilarious he thinks he's gonna get anything close to 18% out of that slop. There's just so much wrong about all of this. The eggnog has potassium sorbate in it, he doesn't seem to even know about specific gravity, the refrigerator is too cold for his yeast to actually ferment anything (potassium sorbate notwithstanding), and even giving him the benefit of the doubt that his hands were clean that ring certainly has all kinds of nasty bacteria all over it. Fricking gold.
The only thing he's approaching having correct is the shaking, which apparently is how they make kumis. I had to look into fermenting milk when he posted this, and it's possible but yields about 2% alcohol
