Yeah Clint or someone is gonna own the trailer but only because that way cobes be able to pay rent via SSI. Apparently SSI gets reduced if you have a roommate so methica will get evicted if she moves in.
Clint does not realize he will now spend every weekend doing maintenance on a 70s doublewide. I give it two years before the thing is a complete write off. Spilling drinks and c*m gonna rot the floors real quick
I was listening to MATI today and said he sent a proposal to Cobra's dad about Jersh buying a house and Cobes would just pay the mortgage on it (I think to eventually own?) but the dad never responded
