It's too bad our society doesn't see baby making as a female sacrifice for the collective good. Mothers should be honored. Forcing women to choose between working and babies is just going to make more >100 IQ women have even less babies

They were already not going to have as many babies anyways. Even with maternity leave richer couples have an incentive to pour more resources into fewer offspring.
